The Role
You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by transforming complex investment information into clear, engaging, and accessible reporting, supporting our ambition to deliver high quality, customer focused fund and solution communications.
You will be responsible for the collaborative process of design and refinement of ideas with stakeholders by proactively gathering insight to feed into the design process around how customers, clients and stakeholders think and feel about our investment related content, represent projects/activities and provide technical consultancy, guidance to others and apply knowledge and judgement in making recommendations.
You will develop and manage relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels, providing support and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of objectives while presenting complex technical information in a clear, understandable, and persuasive way to a variety of audiences including senior staff and cross‑divisional/external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of implementing investment reporting as part of one or multiple change projects within a Pension & Savings or an Investment company
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information, ideas and plans to senior stakeholders, constructively challenge existing processes, and elevate issues where appropriate
- Challenge and question the status quo in an effective manner and elevate any conflicts
- Strong interpersonal, networking, planning, and organisational skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships and deliver activities effectively
