- A highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream transitions in the Workplace Pensions environment.
- Strong DC Workplace Pension knowledge, enabling confident discussions with senior stakeholders, trustees, advisers, and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and represent the programme professionally in key meetings.
- Expertise in building and managing robust project toolkits, ensuring structure, control, risk management, and clarity across all workstreams.
- The ability to educate, train, and support clients on the new technology ecosystem, guiding them confidently through each stage of the transition and warranty period.
- A collaborative project manager who can work seamlessly with Operations, IT, and third parties to deliver client requirements—covering areas such as project scoping, data cleansing, interfaces, and digital journeys.
We want to hire the whole version of you. We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we've advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we'd love to hear from you.
