Location and flexible working: Edinburgh. All our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

We have an incredible opportunity for an Investment Proposition Reporting Consultant to join our Product Communications and Reporting Department in Pensions and Savings.

The role: You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by transforming complex investment information into clear, engaging, and accessible reporting along with supporting our ambition to deliver high quality, customer focused fund and solution communications. You’ll be responsible for producing fund fact sheets, infographics, performance reporting and other external facing information, ensuring these are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our customers. Be involved in the development of new investment reporting and changes to existing reporting, including both small scale updates and larger regulatory or propositional change initiatives as well as supporting the implementation of reporting changes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. You will also be carrying out investigations and providing technical support to other business areas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of investments and investment propositions for the UK pensions industry
- Practical experience of creation and change of customer facing investment reporting
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information, ideas and plans to stakeholders
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally and at all levels of the organisation
- Proficient with Excel, including spreadsheet creation, calculations, and clear data presentation
