The role:
- You will assist our Standard Life pension customers via telephone and our secure messaging platform.
- Making choices about your pension is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make in their lives and you will be their first point of contact for pension and retirement queries.
- Build relationships across the business to help support the delivery of customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for our customers.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- No requirement for any contact centre or financial services experience as full and ongoing training will be provided.
