We’re looking for a Creative Services Account Manager to join our Group Brand & Marketing team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality creative work across the business.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, leading the end‑to‑end delivery of creative briefs, ensuring work is well planned, on brand, and delivered to agreed service levels.
Job Type: FTC - 12 months
Location: Edinburgh / London (Hybrid – 2 days a week min)

The role: As a Creative Services Account Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day management of creative briefs from internal clients across the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is clearly scoped, prioritised thoughtfully, and delivered to a high standard - balancing stakeholder expectations, creative quality, timelines, and risk.
Working closely with marketing stakeholders, creative teams, and external agency partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping high‑quality briefs, improving ways of working, and supporting the continued transformation of Creative Services.
This role is ideal for someone with strong account and project management experience, who enjoys managing multiple workstreams, bringing clarity and structure to complex requirements, and enabling teams to deliver their best work in a considered and sustainable way.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience managing creative or marketing projects end‑to‑end. This could be gained in an in‑house creative team, agency environment, or a similar delivery‑focused role.
- Strong internal client or stakeholder management experience. You’re comfortable acting as a trusted point of contact, setting expectations, and guiding stakeholders through structured processes.
- A clear understanding of the creative process from brief development through to production and delivery, with the ability to translate business objectives into practical creative briefs.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent briefs or projects, balancing competing deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations in a high‑volume environment.
- Confidence working within brand, governance, or quality frameworks. Demonstrable experience operating within strict brand, governance, or quality frameworks, with an understanding of risk, compliance, and approval processes. Experience in regulated industries (e.g. financial services) is highly desirable.
