- Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Home based, with frequent travel required
- Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

The role
You will be responsible for the management, development and retention of our relationships with Workplace Pension employers and trustees, ensuring delivery of maximum potential in terms of retention of value, increased revenue and development of wider opportunities to grow the business. You will create and deliver strategic client plans which demonstrate an understanding of each account's objectives and maintain communication and engagement strategies to maximise profitability, whilst removing unprofitable business or inappropriate service offerings within the current portfolio using interpersonal skills to manage the business up or out in a way that maintains our reputation. Be commercially responsible for growing effective and sustainable partnerships with key influencers and decision makers within aligned existing client companies. You will use judgement to identify and assess any risk or potential threats, internal or external, to the relationship with clients and act to mitigate these as appropriate.
What we are looking for
- Proven track record of success within a relationship management role
- In-depth knowledge of Workplace Pensions (both trust and contract plans), including good awareness of leading providers and major consultancies
- Knowledge of the market, legislative and industry practice to consult and lead with key clients on suitable growth developments
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build excellent working relationships
- Commercially driven and highly responsive – conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives
