Location: This is a hybrid role and can be based out of either our Birmingham, Edinburgh, Telford or London office.

The role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Reward Consultant to join our Reward team on a temporary basis to support the delivery of key reward and benefits activities during a critical period. This role will play a leading part in the successful delivery of the annual compensation cycle, including salary review, bonus and incentive processes, while also supporting the ongoing development and management of our colleague benefits proposition. The successful candidate will bring strong technical reward expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of the annual compensation cycle, including pay review, annual incentive plan (AIP) and bonus processes.
- Contribute to reward projects and business change activities, providing specialist reward expertise and recommendations.
- Provide expert reward advice and guidance to HR colleagues on pay, incentives, job evaluation and reward policies.
- Undertake reward modelling, analysis and insight generation to support reward decision-making and governance.
- Support colleague benefits programmes, including benefits renewals, provider relationships and colleague communications.
- Support reward governance activities, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and emerging reward practices to help shape future reward and benefits solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Significant experience working within a Reward function as a Senior Reward Consultant.
- Proven experience supporting annual compensation cycles, including salary review and bonus processes.
- Benefits experience, including benefits governance, provider management and colleague communications.
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably to have Financial Services Experience.
