Salary and benefits: Β£33,300 to Β£35,000 plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3 volunteering days, and more.

The role involves recruiting Annuity Customer Consultants to join our Advice and Guidance team. This role is ideal if you enjoy building rapport and focusing on customer needs. You will support customers purchasing a guaranteed income for life through an annuity plan, providing guidance on purchasing and setup, either via Standard Life or the whole market. Interactions are inbound and outbound via phone, mail, email, online, using hybrid technology.

We support your professional growth, including obtaining the R04 qualification within 12 months, with ongoing training and development to progress to full competence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in Financial Services, with knowledge of pension products and risk management.
  • Commitment to studying and achieving the Financial Services qualification R04 within 12 months.
  • Experience in customer-focused conversations, with effective questioning, listening skills, and rapport-building over the phone.
