About the Role: The Key Account Manager (Pharma) will act as the central interface between PHOENIX and key manufacturer clients, managing and developing strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue, EBIT, and cost targets for the Pharma Services channel while growing market share profitably.
- Support, develop, and retain manufacturer clients, ensuring their needs are met and long-term relationships are built.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of client promotional programmes, tender responses, and commercial proposals.
- Represent PHOENIX at industry and representative meetings to promote our proposition.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to implement solutions that retain existing business and capture new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client management, with strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
- Experience managing partnership plans and developing propositions with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sector or other regulated B2B supply chains.
- Experience delivering business plans, commercial tenders, and partnership programmes.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including at senior management and board level.
- Desirable, but not essential – Experience dealing with Branded Pharmaceutical manufacturers
