Phoenix Medical Supplies is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to join our team and make a significant impact across our UK-wide network of Rowlands pharmacies and Numark Member pharmacies.
About the Role
As our Nationwide Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective product placement and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Implementing planograms across our pharmacy network
- Ensuring consistent brand representation and product visibility
- Optimising store layouts to maximise sales potential
- Collaborating with store managers and staff to maintain merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of merchandising principles and best practices
- Experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a pharmacy setting (though general retail experience is also valuable)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to travel nationwide and work independently
