The role: As a Senior Distribution Consultant you will build strong relationships internally and externally, driving New Business results through robust stakeholder management, good communication and excellent influencing. Provide a high-quality adviser experience managing live scheme enquiries, planning and executing on all key adviser meetings and supporting regular communications. You will develop an excellent knowledge of our proposition and strategy, make courageous, commercial decisions, with a relentless focus on continuous development and improvement for a highly efficient and effective team, always with advisers in mind.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience of Distribution or Sales Support within Workplace Pensions with excellent knowledge of both trust and contract products.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to gain appropriate support to meet adviser and client demands, plan and organise meetings and resolve issues.
- Manage conflicting and varying demands, often under pressure, working with little or no supervision.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Workplace strategy, plans and propositions and keeping abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory changes.
- Strategic, innovative and commercial thinking to drive continuous improvements that will deliver results for our advisers and clients.
