This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and coordinate of a team within a dedicated project environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality workmanship aligned with safety standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for overseeing daily site activities, managing trades, and liaising effectively with clients and internal teams to maintain project momentum. This position is forecasted for a minimum of 12 weeks, providing stability and the chance to make a tangible impact on community living standards.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within construction projects

Strong understanding of social housing refurbishment processes

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Relevant certifications (such as CSCS card, First Aid) are desirable
