Phoenix Gray Rec Ltd is seeking a professional Painter & Decorator to join our client\’s reputable private painting and decorating company based in Hayes, Middlesex. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across various projects, including interior and exterior work. Your expertise will ensure surfaces are flawlessly prepped and finished to meet client expectations, covering tasks such as glossing, emulsion work, and detailed prep. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to uphold the company\’s high standards of craftsmanship. CSCS card is required. NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent qualification is desirable. Proven experience in all aspects of painting and decorating, including gloss, emulsion, and surface preparation. Own a full painting toolkit comprising brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites (overalls). Ability to work efficiently and accurately, adhering to health and safety standards. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for maintaining high-quality work.
