In this role, you will oversee diverse construction projects within the hotel industry, managing every aspect from initial scope and cost planning to tendering and project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost estimates, sourcing quotes, analysing project expenditure, and ensuring all work stays within budget and programme targets.
