Phoenix Global Search are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established PropTech business whose technology is trusted by estate agents across more than 15,000 branches worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing training team in a consultative, client-facing role with real earning potential.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Training, you will work directly with customers to identify training needs, drive platform adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, conduct needs analysis, and develop bespoke enablement plans all while working towards a consultancy revenue target with an uncapped commission structure. This is a hybrid role in London with travel to client sites as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years experience in a customer-facing, value-driven role within estate agency CRM software / the estate agency sector
  • Knowledge of UK estate agency operations and compliance (highly desirable)
  • Experience conducting discovery sessions, operational reviews and needs analysis
  • Strong understanding of change management and consultative approaches to business transformation
  • Confident presenter and facilitator comfortable leading sessions in-person and virtually
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
