Phoenix Futures is recruiting for a Therapeutic Recovery Worker at the Trauma Responsive Women’s Therapeutic Community Residence. You’ll work with a small caseload to assess needs, craft personalised care plans, and deliver therapeutic groups in a supportive residential setting.
You will collaborate with families and agencies, ensure safeguarding, and coordinate care from admission through discharge, with an explicit 4-week rota including evenings, nights, and weekends.
