Overview

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to fill the role of Trainee Service Coordinator, focusing on the social inclusion element of the Futures Together service in an Essex locality. The role offers a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, allowing for autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and support implementation of innovative activities and groups that complement existing social inclusion initiatives.
  • Recruit, train and support volunteers and peer mentors.
  • Collaborate closely with local communities, establishing relationships and supporting individuals to engage with the Futures Together team.

  • Motivated, community focused individual who is enthusiastic about social inclusion.
  • Committed to supporting others and able to work 37.5 hours per week.
