The Role
You will lead a small team to develop and maintain supported plans for individuals with various support needs, to sustain accommodation. The caseload will ensure that individuals accessing our services are fully supported in a holistic and person-centred manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in housing support and/or working with individuals with substance, alcohol, and related needs, and possess a keen understanding of recovery. You will manage your caseload while also undertaking managerial responsibilities for your team of Housing Support Practitioners.
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work both front-line and in a managerial role.
- Experience or desire to lead in the housing, substance misuse, criminal justice, mental health, or related sectors.
- A passion for mentoring and developing staff.
