Phoenix Futures is recruiting a drug and alcohol worker for the Derbyshire Recovery Partnership in Swadlincote. You will coordinate care, deliver one-to-one and group sessions, and work with clients who may have court orders, ATR/DRR, or be involved with IOM, Courts, and Probation services.
The role involves a 37.5-hour week, potential prison in-reach after vetting, and driving to reach outreach clients. Training and support are provided to develop skills in harm reduction and recovery.
