About the Role
Phoenix Futures at HMP Highpoint are looking for an enthusiastic person seeking experience in the Substance Use recovery sector. This position will provide support with delivery of the “Recovery Inside Service” at HMP Highpoint. The successful candidate will develop skills to enable and support clients with drug and alcohol issues in referring to appropriate support agencies and safeguard the clients’ reintegration into the community or ensure continuity of recovery action plans upon transfer to other establishments.
They will develop skills and engage in work in a holistic approach and in effective partnership to ensure client’s needs are supported and met. They will also aid and support other team members in fulfilling their role across all areas of the service including administration, data processing, and develop skills to ensure the smooth running of the service.

- Starting salary of £26,298 (pro rata) with the opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal.
- 25 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing each year to a maximum of 30 days) (pro rata).
