Exciting opportunity for a Health and Justice specialist to join our expanding organisation and support us in the development of innovative Health and Justice services. This newly created role will lead on shaping our health and justice strategy and working to demonstrate the positive impact that psychosocial services have on people who use our services.
The Phoenix Futures Group has more than 50 years’ experience of developing and delivering pioneering psychosocial treatment services. You will be a visible lead across the Health and Justice sector, building relationships with stakeholders and demonstrating the impact and value of our Health and Justice Services. This senior leadership role will work cross-functionally to create person-centred models of delivery which meet emerging needs in the Health and Justice sector. You will be responsible for developing and writing our strategic Health and Justice plans. You will work with Business Development to identify new funding opportunities and with our expert Operational teams to define our innovative solutions to emerging needs.
This is a remote role; you will predominantly be working from home. There will be the requirement to travel to services across England, as well as face-to-face events/meetings. There is the possibility for part-time hours and flexible working requests.
About you
Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will:
- Be a self-starter who can also work collaboratively within a multi-functional team and across Directorates;
- Have experience in strategic implementation and delivery of health and justice models in England;
- Be able to evidence extensive experience of leadership within the health and justice sector;
- Have strong skills and previous experience in networking and developing partnerships in the health and justice sector;
- Have a deep understanding of models of psychosocial treatment and their application in Health and Justice services;
- Be able to understand research, data and evidence and communicate service benefits in understandable ways.

The Interview
Interviews will be held during March and/or April. If applications are sufficient, a first stage process will be held via Teams. As the role requires travel to in-person events across the country, we do require an in-person interview as the final stage, this will be in London. Full details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
