Phoenix Futures is seeking a permanent Recovery Connector Practitioner in London to help people in recovery connect with local recovery communities, teams, projects and mutual aid groups. This is a full-time, on-site role within the Derbyshire Recovery Partnership framework, focused on community-based outreach.
You will work with a team of four Recovery Connector workers, a Tier 4 Rehab Worker and a Lived Experience Pathway Coordinator, under the supervision of a Recovery Team Manager.
