Phoenix Futures are seeking an Administrator to join our Corporate Services Team.
This part-time role (30 hrs/week) is based in our modern London Office which is located between Borough and Elephant and Castle. The working pattern will be Monday to Thursday; typically between 09:00 and 17:00.
You will be reporting to our Corporate Services Manager and some responsibilities will include:
- To answer and respond to incoming phone calls on the Phoenix Futures main phone number
- To process incoming post for Central Functions
- To undertake reviews of the building, ensuring that the facilities are maintained and to check and maintain the office supplies, contact lists, sign-in sheets and plants and keep to a good clean and tidy standard
- To provide access to the premises for contractors
- To support the Corporate Services Manager in maintaining organisational information, including, but not limited to Insurance, Procurement, Procedure Guides and other information on our intranet and deliver this to a high standard within defined timescales
