An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Phoenix Futures team at Harper House, our Specialist Family Residential Service in Saltcoats. We are looking for a Childcare Worker for a one‑of‑a‑kind Nursery at Harper House, National Specialist Family Service in North Ayrshire.
The Role
- You will be part of the team of our Care Inspectorate registered on‑site Nursery, as well as leading on specific interventions for primary school aged children.
- Nursery runs from 9:15 am to 4 pm, with additional hours including an 8:30 am start to support school runs.
- Evening and weekend hours are required to offer wider support to families.
- This is a maternity cover position.

Harper House, run by Phoenix Futures Scotland, offers safe, structured support for the whole family to address problematic drug and/or alcohol use, improve mental health and quality of life. Residents are able to continue caring for their children while they work on recovery in a supportive, nurturing, and substance‑free environment.
