Phoenix Futures is seeking a Recovery Through Nature and Community Development Worker to support people at North Lanarkshire Community and Family services.

The role is part-time, 18 hours per week, and involves delivering tailored interventions within local communities to aid recovery and wellbeing.

You will engage with residents, supervise volunteers and peer mentors, and help plan and run Recovery Through Nature activities, working across six North Lanarkshire localities with the RTN lead.
