Phoenix Futures is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner for the Ripley Amber Valley team.
The role is 30 hours per week over four days, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, on a permanent contract.
You will manage a caseload of service users with drug and alcohol issues and provide harm reduction interventions and care-planned support to help achieve recovery goals.
The role involves delivering 1-2-1 care-planned support, facilitating group work, and working with partner agencies to promote recovery.
