Phoenix Futures – Derbyshire Recovery Partnership is recruiting a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner in Chesterfield with outreach at Clay Cross. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, on a permanent basis.
You will manage a caseload of clients with substance issues, delivering harm reduction interventions and structured care plans to support recovery and health outcomes. You will work with specialist teams and participate in training during induction.
