Marketing Manager – Phoenix Environmental Location: Hybrid (with regular travel to Hampshire, Essex & Corby) Contract: 3-month temporary contract with the view to a permanent role Salary: Competitive, based on experience Phoenix Environmental is a fast-growing waste management business with national ambitions. We deliver skip hire, hazardous waste, healthcare waste, and man-and-van services both via our fleet and a waste brokerage platform. With operational hubs in Hampshire, Essex and Corby, we are now seeking a Marketing Manager to help take our business to the next stage of growth. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join on an initial 3-month basis, with a view to a permanent position. You will lead on digital marketing, brand visibility and audience engagement to support our national sales growth. Key Responsibilities Improve SEO across both company websites Write and publish blogs to support service visibility and search performance Plan, design and schedule high-quality content for LinkedIn (personal and company), Instagram and Facebook Drive growth and engagement across all social media platforms Produce creative graphics, banners and marketing materials for digital use Capture and edit photography and short-form video for social media and website content Create and maintain quarterly content calendars across platforms Analyse website visitor data to guide content and campaign strategy Set up and manage targeted ads across LinkedIn, Meta and other digital channels Manage and report on ad performance, including paid social campaigns Liaise with external PPC agency; in-house capability is a bonus Contribute to email marketing strategy and execution Track campaign KPIs and recommend improvements About You Proven marketing experience, preferably B2B Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and content strategy Confident using marketing systems to analyse data and optimise performance Skilled in graphic design for digital marketing materials Good photographic and video content skills Excellent written English and communication skills Organised, proactive and commercially aware Experience with email marketing, ad targeting, content scheduling and audience growth This is an excellent opportunity to shape the marketing function of a dynamic and expanding business.
