This is an exciting opportunity to work for a friendly team in an industry leading utility company. You will be joining a team of people who are united in achieving our corporate objectives and who are willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Safely provide 24/7 first response gas emergency service in line with ENGO2, PES standard operating procedures and regulated standards of service throughout the entire Phoenix Energy License area. Undertake after-hour standby duties as per the programmed rota. Undertake all gas work in line with ACS, IGEM and all other relevant standards, in a safe and productive manner. Provide updates on all work-related activities as required including documentation of all gas work undertaken and any unsafe situations encountered.

Essential Qualifications

  • ACS - CCN1 or CMA1 REGT1

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year post apprenticeship or similar experience in domestic gas utilisation and/or heating & plumbing including diagnostics
  • Previous experience of working on a utility contract
  • Customer service experience
