Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a sales strategy for each growth sector to meet annual company and regulatory targets.
- Engage proactively with existing customer groups to help shape and inform current and future energy needs, while providing insights on consumer behaviours, market trends and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues to inform brand development and lead-generation activity (including connection incentive campaigns).
- Lead, coach and develop a highly motivated team of departmental leads who support wider company objectives.

We continue to invest in infrastructure that currently has in excess of 256,000 domestic and business customers connected, and continues to grow at around 8,000 new customers each year.
