Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical coordination and administrative support across Energy Transition projects and workstreams
  • Monitor relevant policy, regulatory and market developments and summarise key implications for the team.
  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of stakeholder engagement activity with government, industry, customers, partners and other external organisations

Essential Education:

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with demonstrable relevant experience in a business, project, policy, communications or operational support role.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience providing operational, administrative or coordination support across multiple workstreams or projects.
  • Experience preparing reports, briefings, papers, minutes, action logs or management information.
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating meetings or working groups.
  • Experience supporting budget monitoring, invoice processing, procurement activity or financial administration.
  • Experience organising events, workshops, briefings or stakeholder sessions.
