Key Responsibilities:- Safely provide 24/7 first response gas emergency service in line with ENGO2, PES standard operating procedures and regulated standards of service throughout the entire Phoenix Energy License area.
- Undertake after-hour standby duties as per the programmed rota.
- Undertake all gas work in line with ACS, IGEM and all other relevant standards, in a safe and productive manner.
- Provide updates on all work-related activities as required including documentation of all gas work undertaken and any unsafe situations encountered.
- ACS - CCN1 or CMA1 REGT1
- Minimum of 1 years’ post apprenticeship or similar experience in domestic gas utilisation and/or heating & plumbing including diagnostics.
- Previous experience of working on a utility contract.
- Customer service experience.
- A competitive starting salary based on qualification and experience.
- You will receive 22 days annual leave plus 11 bank holidays (this increases with length of service).
- Enrollment into the Company pension scheme on commencement and upon meeting qualifying criteria the Company will match your pension contributions up to 6%.
- Company van, tools, equipment, and full PPE provided.
- Performance based annual bonus of up to £2000 per annum.
- Staged salary increases during development programme.
- Paid overtime, standby and callout rota. Typically, £8,500 to £14,500 per annum.
- Regular ongoing training.
- Life assurance whilst employed by the Company.
- Private medical insurance upon meeting qualifying criteria.
