Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the asset maintenance programmes to meet the requirements of the Commercial Operations Directorate.
- Undertake site survey and assessment of distribution equipment and assets to determine condition, the extent of remedial or replacement works required
- To liaise, as necessary, with outside parties including property management companies, councils and customers to facilitate execution of identified works.
- Liaise closely with the engineering contractor to agree work plans and progress.
