Great opportunity to work as an HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. We are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work in Spalding.
Pay Rates: £17.50 to £23.05 per hour.
Shift Information:
- This is a full-time ongoing role with start times between 01:00 - 06:00 PM shifts also available.
- Weekday and weekend work available.
- Regular day and night shifts.
- Refrigerated trailer work.
- UK-wide deliveries and collections.
Your Time at Work:
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will operate refrigerated vehicles and carry out deliveries and collections of chilled products across the UK. Drivers will be expected to:
- Complete vehicle checks.
- Ensure loads are secured correctly.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and safety at all times.
Our Ideal Driver Will:
- Have excellent communication and timekeeping skills.
- Be flexible and reliable.
- Understand and comply with Driver Hours and WTD regulations.
- Be confident completing vehicle safety checks and reporting defects correctly.
- Follow all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum 6 months UK Class 1 driving experience.
