Great opportunity to work as an HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. We are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work in Spalding.

Pay Rates: £17.50 to £23.05 per hour.

Shift Information:

  • This is a full-time ongoing role with start times between 01:00 - 06:00 PM shifts also available.
  • Weekday and weekend work available.
  • Regular day and night shifts.
  • Refrigerated trailer work.
  • UK-wide deliveries and collections.

Your Time at Work:

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will operate refrigerated vehicles and carry out deliveries and collections of chilled products across the UK. Drivers will be expected to:

  • Complete vehicle checks.
  • Ensure loads are secured correctly.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and safety at all times.

Our Ideal Driver Will:

  • Have excellent communication and timekeeping skills.
  • Be flexible and reliable.
  • Understand and comply with Driver Hours and WTD regulations.
  • Be confident completing vehicle safety checks and reporting defects correctly.
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Minimum 6 months UK Class 1 driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, CD, TT endorsements).
  • Driver assessment required.
  • Medical check may be required.
