Great opportunity to work as an HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. We are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work in Spalding.

Pay Rates: £17.50 to £23.05 per hour.

Shift Information: This is a full-time ongoing role with:

  • Start times between 01:00 - 06:00
  • PM shifts also available
  • Weekday and weekend work available
  • Regular day and night shifts
  • Refrigerated trailer work
  • UK-wide deliveries and collections

Your Time at Work: As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will operate refrigerated vehicles and carry out deliveries and collections of chilled products across the UK. Drivers will be expected to:

  • Complete vehicle checks
  • Ensure loads are secured correctly
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and safety at all times

Our Ideal Driver Will:

  • Have excellent communication and timekeeping skills
  • Be flexible and reliable
  • Understand and comply with Driver Hours and WTD regulations
  • Be confident completing vehicle safety checks and reporting defects correctly
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 6 months UK Class 1 driving experience
  • No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, CD, TT endorsements)
  • Driver assessment required
  • Medical check may be required
