Experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. We, Phoenix Drivers Ltd, have been established and in business for 24 years. We are an accredited Logistics UK (the old FTA) Agency Excellence Scheme member. One of our long-term clients has asked us to increase driver availability for extra regular drivers to cover their requirements going forward. We are currently looking to recruit several HGV/LGV Class 1 Night Drivers working from Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 3YR. These positions are open to PAYE Employee/Drivers ONLY.
The work involves RDC fridge deliveries (no handball). Very clean work with start times from 21:00 to 23:59 hrs for approximately 12-14 hour shifts, 7 days per week, offering ongoing long-term opportunities for the right drivers, with the possibility of temp to perm. We will offer a 4 on/4 off shift pattern or 5 on/2 off. Plenty of opportunity for overtime.
Pay Rates: Β£13.50 up to Β£17.50, with daily overtime after 10 hours.
PAYE EMPLOYEES:

- 20 + 8 bank holidays paid per year (accrued)

- Weekly attendance bonus (conditions apply, working 5 from 7)

Minimum Requirements:
- Hold an LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with 12 months on the road proven experience, maximum 6 points, no drink or drug offence codes.
- Hold a valid CPC and Digi Card.
- Fridge experience preferred but not essential as training can be given.
- Knowledge of Working Time Directive and Drivers' hours regulations.
