You’ll get to:
- Own end-to-end hiring across our core hiring locations of UK & NL.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations - partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, role scoping, sourcing strategy, structured assessment, offer negotiation and close.
- Partner on Tech & Data roles while operating as a versatile Talent Acquisition leader across the business.
- Bring experience hiring in the tech space and an understanding of those markets, while remaining comfortable flexing across a range of hires from specialist Tech & Data roles to commercially critical positions across the business.
- Build data-led sourcing: Design structured outbound searches, craft compelling outreach messages and run A/B tests to optimise response rates and pipeline quality.
- Drive AI-enabled hiring innovation: Shape and embed AI-powered sourcing, screening and funnel analytics workflows to improve speed, insight and quality ensuring ethical, human-led decision-making at all times.
- Elevate hiring manager capability: Strengthen structured interviewing, calibration and inclusive decision-making through coaching, training and hands-on partnership.
- Champion best-in-class candidate experience: Continuously improve the end-to-end journey across UK & NL - ensuring consistency, care and cultural alignment in every interaction.
- Embed inclusive & equitable hiring systems: Integrate DE&I principles into job design, attraction strategy, panel composition and offer decisions adapting thoughtfully across markets.
- Balance pace, quality and commercial thinking: Use data and judgement to make smart trade-offs - building strong pipelines while protecting hiring standards and long-term impact.
You’ll love this role if you…
- Likely 3-5 years’ experience in 360 tech recruiting roles for fast paced and tech-focused businesses.
- Some prior experience of working specifically on Ruby, Angular, Python, Platform Engineering, IT or Data Science roles would be advantageous.
- Bring experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders and enjoy operating as a trusted advisor, not just a delivery partner.
- Are confident experimenting with AI tools and driving measurable impact in hiring outcomes through use of AI ethically and responsibly.
- Stay up to date with modern sourcing methodologies and talent intelligence practices.
