You will be joining a close-knit, global People Team that is passionate about high-quality employee experiences and driving a high-performance culture. Based in our Camden, UK office, you will report to the Head of People (US) while collaborating deeply with our US, UK, and South African based partners to ensure a unified global strategy. We are huge advocates for our "MOOsters" and act as a bridge between business needs and employee delight.
As a Senior People Partner, you serve as a strategic consultant to C‑Suite leadership teams, providing expert guidance and high-level organisational leadership. You act as a critical advisor to 1–2 executive organisations, driving complex decision-making and organisational design. By seamlessly aligning business objectives with people-centric strategies, you ensure that our talent programmes directly accelerate the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals.

You are a trusted advisor who nurtures talent, challenges the status quo, and fosters a culture of autonomy and high performance. You balance logic and judgement with a human-centric approach, ensuring every detail counts while never losing sight of the big picture.
Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (1–2 C‑Suite leaders and their organisations), providing expert guidance on complex problems and change-management initiatives.
- Lead strategic initiatives related to organisational design, conducting workforce analysis to align team capabilities with functional goals.
- Collaborate with other members of the People team and leadership team to drive business growth and support EBITDA.
- Nurture internal talent and coach leaders to develop their teams.
- Drive a compelling vision during times of change, navigating complex challenges and securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and equitable environment for all MOOsters.
