The Central Operations Planning team at Bloom & Wild is the core of our end‑to‑end supply chain. Your role will coordinate forecasting, sourcing, commercial, logistics and warehouse teams to maximise product availability and minimise waste across all brands and countries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for non‑horticultural supply planning across operational, supply chain and commercial teams.
  • Convert daily, weekly and monthly commercial demand forecasts into our supply and production planning systems.
  • Live gatekeep stock levels for all products, ensuring we stay stocked while avoiding excess inventory.
  • Maintain systems by uploading stock availability and updating range plans in order‑tooling.
  • Manage the complex dynamics of an expanding SKU mix with varying freshness shelf life.
  • Resolve out‑of‑stock situations, upgrading orders or coordinating resends with Customer Delight.
  • Act as key stakeholder for our stock‑management tool and dynamic sheets used across the supply chain.
  • Continue to optimize and automate sheets and processes, working with product and tech teams.
  • Ensure accurate stock management and investigate discrepancies with warehouses.
  • Support planning and execution of supply‑chain and warehouse operations for holidays and peak sales.
  • Provide general support to the Lead supply planner and cover for holiday absences.

  • Hold a degree in business or a related field.
  • Have 2–2 years of experience in a supply‑chain environment with inventory or supply/demand planning.
  • Possess highly advanced analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
  • Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, etc.).
  • Enjoy a structured week with recurring, challenging tasks.
  • Perform well under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Feel confident using AI for analysis and automation.
  • Have an eye for detail and strive for 100 % accuracy.
  • Adopt a problem‑solving mindset and unravel complex challenges.
  • Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders.
  • Have experience with ERP or WMS systems.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Be willing and able to travel to our warehouses at least once a week.
  • Be based in the Netherlands or the UK, within travel distance to our Amstelveen or Nuneaton warehouses.
