What you’ll be doing
- You’ll work alongside our Senior Social & Content Manager to execute content plans across our social platforms.
- You’ll film and edit high‑impact social content (images and videos), comfortably appearing on camera and encouraging other team members to feature.
- You’ll oversee the scheduling of organic social content and lead community management for B&W.
- You’ll write short‑form copy for social captions and PR to engage audiences.
- As a creative spark, you’ll generate ideas to keep our content fresh, even if they don’t go viral immediately.
- You’ll brief and coordinate the development of SEO‑optimised landing pages that blend storytelling, keyword strategy and product features.
- You’ll support the PR Lead by drafting mini‑press releases.
- You’ll understand and influence the content KPIs we track, suggesting improvements to maximise impact.
- You’ll plan and execute PR and influencer events showcasing Bloom & Wild.
- You’ll source on‑brand influencers and content creators to support our campaigns.
