The Chief Of Staff for Product & Platform supports the execution and operational effectiveness of a specific product and the platform team. The role ensures that product initiatives are well-coordinated, priorities are clearly defined, and teams have the operational structure and insights needed to deliver efficiently. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Platform leaders, this role helps translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, maintains visibility over ongoing initiatives, and ensures alignment across stakeholders. The position plays a key role in improving operational processes, tracking performance metrics, and enabling teams to scale product delivery effectively.

Team: This role partners closely with the Product and Platform teams, collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The position supports planning, coordination, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and delivery milestones while enabling efficient collaboration across teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the execution of the product roadmap and platform initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Platform, and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
  • Maintain visibility over product initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring teams remain aligned and informed.
  • Track progress of key product and platform projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate team operating cadence, including planning sessions, sprint reviews, and initiative tracking.
  • Help structure and prioritize workstreams to support efficient product delivery and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze product and operational performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track progress, performance, and impact of product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency within the product organization.
  • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and help implement scalable processes and best practices for product operations.
  • Improve documentation, workflows, and collaboration practices to enhance team efficiency and transparency.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related role.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience working with product or operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams in technology companies.
  • Familiarity with product development processes (Agile, sprint planning, roadmap management).
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, or operational metrics.
  • Interest in improving product delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Compensation: €56,000 - €120,000 a year. This range includes base, variable and equity. These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.
