Phoenix Community Housing is recruiting five Customer Contact Advisors to deliver a high-quality, empathetic service to residents and other customers via phone, in person or digitally. You will aim to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible and provide accurate information for general enquiries and repair queries while recording conversations accurately.
A team-based, customer-focused approach is essential in this role.
