We are looking for someone to join Phoenix Community Housing's Repairs Team as a multi-trade operative. In this role you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across various trades including, but not limited to, damp and mould work, carpentry, plumbing, drainage, floor laying, tiling, plastering, glazing, lock smithing, painting and decorating, altro flooring and kitchen and bathroom installations.

We are looking for someone who has a positive understanding of and commitment to good health and safety practices, risk assessment and safe methods of work to undertake associated works in which to complete a repair, renewal or refurbishment in its entirety. You will work on all aspects of repair work and any additional works that may be required to effectively deliver a first-time fix repair.
