Phoenix Community Housing are looking for a first line Support Engineer to work within our support team able to provide a customer focused technology service. This is a Windows 11 work environment, and you will be supporting key business applications such as Office 365, MFA and Citrix. You will take ownership of incidents, service requests and problems and following them through to completion. If you have the ability to self-manage a diverse workload with a mixture of support and project related tasks, this could be the role for you.
