We have a new and exciting opportunity for a graduate to join a unique and award-winning housing association to work as a Health Safety and Compliance Advisor who will assist with Data. In this role you will be part of a team that delivers engagement plans that build trust, reduce no access rates and delivers compliance - helping residents to both feel and be safe in their homes.

This role will suit you if you enjoy working with data and risk management and are comfortable with assisting in a variety of areas, such as contractor procurement, systems updates and arranging meetings. We are looking for an individual who, ideally, has experience or is interested in a career in landlord hazards and compliance, such as building safety, fire safety, gas, electrical, asbestos and water hygiene.

The specific opportunity here is to act as service lead and Data Advocate on data management, supporting the business in the introduction of new processes and software, ensuring functions embed into team workstreams. If you’re comfortable with deadlines, reports and want to be part of all things compliance, and have a positive approach to delivery, quality and customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.
