About the role:
As the Community Safety Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop a specialist team responsible for tackling serious, high risk, and complex antisocial behaviour and hate crime impacting on Phoenix residents. This role will lead on complex casework, shape operational policies, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including the Council, Police, and other relevant agencies. You will develop best practice and improvements in service delivery incorporating the relevant legislative and policy changes. you will support the teams in a proactive problem-solving approach to issues by taking robust, but proportionate, action.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing a great service to our residents. You must be experienced in dealing with anti-social behaviour, comfortable leading a small team to maintain high standards in a visible, customer focused role. You will need to be resilient and can manage your own workload with competing priorities to meet deadlines and performance management targets.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
