Do you have knowledge, understanding and experience of SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint and Teams, Office 365 and Microsoft Power platform and Dynamics 365 workflow development?
In this role you will be process mapping, requirements gathering, managing workshops, developing user stories and producing high-quality written documentation.
Ideally you should have experience of working in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels is essential. A proven track record of leading and implementing major systems and applications, and a strong knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies and techniques will be an asset. Experience with data management, particularly resolution and monitoring of data integrity issues, is ideal.
