At Phoenix Community Housing we are looking for an Asset Data Analyst who can bring us their knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard and a good understanding of building components and their interrelation.
Someone with a keen interest in data and who is able to manage databases and process large volumes of data.
This is an interactive role and will include ensuring that new energy efficiency data in is updated along with our historic sustainability data.
It will suit you have experience in managing databases, we use Asprey, and a good understanding of landlord hazards and their control.
