Phoenix Community Housing is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Technology to lead the next phase of our technology strategy and shape our future digital direction. Reporting to the Director of Governance, Business Change and Performance and as a member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead the delivery of secure, reliable, and customer-focused technology services that support our Corporate Plan and strategic ambitions. As we move into the second year of our Technology Strategy, your focus will be on accelerating technology modernisation, strengthening cyber resilience, maximising value from existing technology investments, enhancing supplier performance and building the capability of our Technology Team. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to support data, digital and automation initiatives, while also helping to shape Phoenix's technology roadmap beyond 2028. We are looking for a technology leader who can balance operational excellence with strategic change. You will bring experience of technology modernisation, cyber resilience, supplier management and delivering business-focused technology improvement. Above all, you will have the credibility and judgement to help Phoenix make the right technology decisions, maximise value from investment and shape the next phase of our technology roadmap. Experience within social housing is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience gained in other regulated or customer-focused sectors.
